A medium-growing shrub that naturally forms a ball, ideal in pots or in a formal garden. Beautiful contrast tender green young shoots / glossy purple adult foliage.
It must be placed in full light, and without competition too close, so that the heart of the shrub leaves do not fall down. It can be pruned, but without returning to the old wood.
Compact dwarf variety, young green shoots evolving into small purple corrugated obovate leaves, black twigs. Spring bloom in small black purple bells, discreet but very fragrant.
