A vigorous, evergreen climber with abundant pink flowers, very fragrant : everything to adopt it !
Trachelospermum jasminoides need warm periods in summer to grow well. North to latitude 45, plant them along a wall facing south. Their implantation requires 2-3 years, their growth is then very fast.
New variety of Trachelospermum jasminoides with pink flowers, presumably from China, introduced in the United States in 2007 by Ted Stephens of Nurseries Caroliniana, who called it 'Pink Showers'. Apart from the color of the flowers, its characteristics are close to the type: climbing vine or ground cover with evergreen dark green foliage, abundant scented flowering in summer.
