Obtained by Van den Dool Nurseries (Waddinxveen, Netherlands), SUMMER SUNSET 'Sunset' forms a medium-sized, dense shrub with young dark red leaves becoming dark green, pinnate with narrow, light leaflets. In summer, pink buds open in white clusters, followed by red berries in autumn.
