Remarks
Magnolia 'Heaven Scent' is a Gresham hybrid obtained in the middle of the 20th century by crossing Magnolia liliiflora 'Nigra' x M. x veitchii.
Tulip-shaped flowers purple outside, pinkish white inside. 12 petals of 12 cm. Vigorous variety with late blooming, slightly fragrant. Rapid growth, erected, forming a small pyramidal tree widening with age.
