Remarks

The summer white bloom is fragrant. Prune in early summer and fall (Pruning largely suppresses flowering).

This Privet, the only species native in Europe in the genus LIGUSTRUM, forms a shrub or small tree. Fast growing, it is very easy to grow and maintain. The variety 'Atrovirens' has evergreen foliage, making it one of the most used hedge plants.
