Main asset

A hedge shrub or small tree of bright colors all year round, purple pink in spring growth period, and a beautiful blooming loved by bees in summer.

Remarks

Very solid plant, for all types of soil, exposure, and pollution resistant. This variety is grafted, unlike the variegated Ligustrum japonicum (ARLEQUIN 'Briseize' and COLOMBINE 'Briquinze') which are propagated by cutting.

Close to Ligustrum japonicum, this Privet has large glazed acuminate leaves, greenish-green margined with creamy white. The young shoots are pink. In summer, large clusters of fragrant white-cream flowers appear, followed by oval black-bluish fruits.
