Evergreen shrub, compact and very strong, well suited to formal gardens or in pots.

Remarks

This male clone does not produce fruits and its flowering is not very visible. On the other hand, it is a good pollinator for female Hollies, which will give more fruits at its proximity.

Sapho

North-American selection from Ilex meserveae 'Blue Angel', this male clone is a slow growing. Its small dark green glazed leaves are serrated and spiny, and become purple in cold weather. Its shape is a natural compact ball. Strong and very hardy plant.
