Very graphic plant, beautiful in vertical pot in contrast with a floor of planks or grooved.
Horsetail are very primitive plants and do not bloom. They thrive in constantly wet, acidic soils.
Perennial plant with erect striated stems, dark green all year, hollow, topped with brown fructifications in summer for fertile stems. The tuft spreads by suckers, and can become invasive in very humid soils all year round.
