Natural mutation of 'Harbor Dwarf' obtained at Magnolia Gardens Nurseries (Texas), NANDINA domestica FLIRT 'Murasaki' is a very dwarf variety with particularly dark foliage, becoming even purple in late summer and autumn-winter. In spring, short bright red shoots appear, but the plant remains very stocky and does not rise.
