The buds appear in April, and form small white balls resembling pearls. They hatch in May in large simple flowers of immaculate white, very numerous and completely covering the shrub.
The shrub has a deep rooting, and is resistant to drought. It is easy to grow, never sick and not attacked by pests.
EXOCHORDA serratifolia is an medium development shrub, about 2 m high adult, native from Korea. 'Snow White' has a dense and rounded habit. Spring flowering is spectacular. The single flowers of Ø 3 cm are grouped by 5-10, with a remarkable pure white colour.
