Main asset
Very long summer melliferous flowering, good resistance to drought and salted spray. This variety has broad dark green oval leaves, larger and more resistant to diseases than small-leaved varieties.
Remarks
Behaves better in coastal climate (otherwise protect from cold winds).
Shrub of South American origin, evergreen, with very long summer flowering, well adapted for low or medium hedges in oceanic or mediterranean climate, in littoral zones. Exposure to sunlight, in aerated but protected from cold winds location, is necessary to avoid the appearance of foliar diseases.
