Main asset
Dark green glossy small leaves, red stems. Abundant fragrant bloom.
Remarks
Plant adapted to Atlantic climate, less hardy than PRUNUS laurocerasus.
Evergreen shrub or small tree, denser than the type and with narrower leaves. Slow growth, conical shape. Flowering in narrow clusters of fragrant white flowers takes place in June. It is followed by inedible purple berries in late summer.
