Hybrid of Berberis darwinii x B. empetrifolia
Large evergreen shrub with thorny arched branches. Leaves with terminal spine, glossy dark green. Yellow flowers in clusters of 7-14 flowers along the branches, followed by blue-glaucous black berries. One of the best Berberis for hedges.
