Main asset

Plant very tolerant to dry conditions and salty spray, well adapted to occultation or defensive hedges. Discrete flowering but very fragrant in late summer (embalming to more than 10 meters).

Remarks

Elaeagnus plants are well adapted to littoral zones. Elsewhere, they fear cold winds.

Thorny evergreen tufted shrub, dark green leaves with silver-gray underside. Vigorous shoots appear regularly from low branches, forming arched branches rising above the foliage. Unlike ebbingei type, this variety does not form high shoot, thus more easily maintained in a harmonious habit. Its development height and its dimensions are however close.
