Native to New Zealand, this plant forms a ball alone and has a beautiful fine blue grey foliage shining all year round. |
Obtaining Rachelle and Mark Nelson Fyfe (Hastings, NZ) from 'Golf Ball' in 2008.
This variety is a natural mutation of 'Golf Ball'. Its small leaves are grey green irregularly margined with white. It is very compact and grows naturally in a ball shaped habit. Resistant to drought, it is an alternative to boxwood in temperate and Mediterranean regions.
