Evergreen compact plant that can be used in topiary (balls, cones) and low hedges. Brings structure to the garden, and highlights seasonal plants (shrubs, perennials, annuals). Performs well in pots.

Very prune tolerant. Ideal for oceanic and continental climates. In Mediterranean climate, prefer Pittosporum tenuifolium 'Golf Ball' for replacing boxwood.

Dwarf holly with small dark green leaves and natural ball shape, liking remaining humid soils in summer, loam, rich in humus. This is a replacement for Buxus for the North and Northwest of Europe, concerned by Cylindrocladium buxicola.
