Remarks
This small tree is remarkable for its columnar habit; it reaches a height 2.50m, 75 cm wide within 7 years.
The foliage develops purple buds, turning to brilliant green, largely bordered with purple leaves in Summer, before the Autumn blaze in yellow, orange and red. Finally, as it ages, the bark sloughs, adding an interest even in winter.
