Weigela attractive for its foliage. In spring, the leaves are light green and then quickly evolve to bronze. They turn red from the middle of summer, then take a beautiful red light color throughout autumn.
Short pruning in early spring encourages vigourous growth and brighter colors.
Branched shrub with medium development, large leavers begining clear green in spring and becoming quickly bronze, then reddish orange in August and autumn. Flowering is wine pink in late spring, but less interesting than the color of the leaves on this variety.
